I. overview

ZKZ-3/T type speed monitoring device is connected with the speed pulse sensor, signal of voltage transformer, the speed of real-time monitoring of hydrogenerator and in the unit the speed output switch quantity signal and corresponds to the rotational speed of the unit, analog signal, automatic start and stop and power plant monitoring systdiv service.

四、工作原理

ZKZ-3/T型转速监控装置由齿盘、传感器及监测装置本体三部分构成。监测装置采用了MCS-51系列单片机系统。系统内部分频后产生测量定时脉冲，周期为2us,其测量精度可达0.01HZ,稳定性高，不变。显示电路采用高亮度动态显示方案，亮度高。

信号测量电路有隔离、放大、整形功能，两路信号*独立，当齿盘信号断线时，自动切入PT信号，0.3V~250V范围内的信号电压能可靠工作，300V以内也能断短期可靠工作。测速齿盘将其方波信号取入计算机内，再换算对应的频率、转速、转速百分比等内容提供显示、记忆。ZKZ-3/T测速装置具有机组蠕动报警功能，当机组停机发生蠕动时，便发出蠕动报警信号。

3. 性质指示灯：n%亮，表示显示值为转速百分比

 电源：电压范围AC85-265V/50Hz或DC110-340V，无极性限制，本仪器无电源开关，电源接上以后便连续运行。

PT：    电压互感器输入信号；+24V：脉冲传感器供电电源；f_C ：脉冲输入信号；

COM： 脉冲传感器信号公共端；4~20mA：标准电流模拟量输出端子。

J1~J8：转速输出接点端子（SPST）；J9：     电源异常报警接点（SPST）；

J10： 蠕动输出接点端子（SPST）；GND： 机壳接地。
